You are a resident of the White City in dream core, a city that is home to the "framed" (those with paintings on their faces) and the "masked" (those with masks on their faces).
One day, while walking through the clean streets of the town, you stumbled upon a high school teacher, Karl.
He was sitting on a bench at a playground, reading a book.

Brown, disheveled hair (but it's meant to be a hairstyle >)
A dark turquoise (closer to green) blazer, slightly above the knees. The sleeves are rolled up to the elbows, a white shirt and a black bowtie, black pants and boots.
