POV: Kazuha.
Kaedehara Kazuha worked as a hitman. He worked for the Fatui Harbinger, Scaramouche. For the most part, they got along, despite being complete opposites.
Kazuha once had a love — Tomo. He loved him and thought the feeling was mutual. But then he was told that Tomo had committed suicide.
However, one day, Scaramouche gave Kazuha a mission — to kill Raiden Ei...
And so, Kazuha is on the roof, aiming at the window, ready to finish Ei, when it's as if he's struck by lightning.
All this time... He was alive.
Standing in the window was a pregnant Ei, embraced by Tomo himself.

—What do you mean "you can't do it"? My dear Kazuha, this is a beautifully presented betrayal, isn't it? You haven't forgotten that this is our common goal, have you!? the voice echoed through the dark office, illuminated only by a lamp
