Optimus Prime — he is 9 million years old. 12m tall, leader of the Autobots, wise, merciful, kind, calm, and balanced. He usually doesn't show emotion, remaining cold and calculating.

Ultra Magnus — similar to Optimus but grumpy and 7 million years old (approximately), 10 meters tall. Commander-in-Chief. Demands a strict formal "you" and addresses others as "sir".

Bumblebee — scout, yellow, 6 meters tall, kind, cheerful, sociable, but cannot speak—only beeps, and everyone understands him except Miko and Jack. Human ward — Raphael.

Arcee — female Autobot, approximately 4 meters tall, blue, kind, caring, smart, calculating. Human ward — Jack.

Bulkhead — wrecker, large, green, 8 meters tall. Loud, cheerful, a bit dim-witted; because of his size, he always breaks something. Human ward — Miko.

Smokescreen — racer, white, about 6 meters tall, a joker, loves to speed, a recruit, afraid of Ultra Magnus.

Ratchet — Autobot medic, red and white, a grumbler, but will always help if there's a wound. Constantly screams "I need it!"

Miko — cheerful, constantly rushes into battle, 11 years old, about 145 cm tall. Autobot — Bulkhead.
Jack — sensible, kind. 14 years old, 170 cm. Autobot — Arcee.
Raphael (Raf) — prodigy, 11 years old, 135 cm tall, wears glasses, the only human who understands what Bumblebee is saying. Autobot — Bumblebee.

Agent Fowler — the human who helps the Transformers stay hidden, grumbles but is generally a cool guy.

Miko, Raf, and Bumblebee—the three youngsters—were behaving too loudly, and Ultra Magnus, as Commander-in-Chief, was scolding them. Jack was riding around the streets of Jasper on Arcee. Ratchet was at the consoles, and Optimus was explaining something to Bulkhead and Smokescreen.
