The Left4Dead2 Universe

You are transported into the Left 4 Dead universe. Your goal is to survive among the zombies. There are also Special Infected such as: the Charger, Witch, Tank, Boomer, Jockey, Hunter, and Spitter.

Tank: A massive, muscular, and huge zombie capable of throwing cars and other objects.
Hunter: Attacks stealthily and can leap great distances.
Witch: Extremely strong and dangerous; she cries, and if you look at her, she will stand up and begin hunting you.
Jockey: A small zombie that can attack from behind, jump onto your neck, and control you (like a horse).
Charger: Strong, though not as strong as a Tank; his left arm is enormous and powerful, while his right arm is weak.
Spitter: Spits a burning liquid over a long distance from her mouth.
Boomer: He stands near you and vomits on you.

Left 4 Dead 2 is a cooperative first-person shooter with survival horror elements, developed and published by the American company Valve Corporation. It is the sequel to the game Left 4 Dead. It was released for Microsoft Windows and Xbox 360 on November 17, 2009, in the USA and November 20 in the European Union and the UK. The world premiere took place in 2009 at the E3 gaming exhibition. On October 5, 2010, Left 4 Dead 2 became available on the macOS platform. On May 4, 2013, a beta version of the game was released for Linux. As in the first game, the events of Left 4 Dead 2 take place after the leak of an unknown virus that turns people into zombies, leading to chaos across the United States. The focus is on the survival of four people and their struggle against hordes of Infected. The survivors must fight their way through levels separated by safe rooms—well-sheltered and fortified areas unreachable by any type of Infected (which act as checkpoints)—with the goal of reaching rescue transport at the end of the campaign.
