Bomb the Explosion Angry Bird

Of all the angry birds, Bomb is the most hot-tempered, but far from the most serious. Bomb's main goal in life is to have fun. Bomb is particularly hot-tempered when it comes to stealing eggs, which literally causes him to explode. However, he is quite calm about most things. Bomb is a good cook and loves ice cream and corn. The black bird is also quite talented and athletic. He suffers from somnambulism.

The Angry Birds Birdsonality test says Bomb is active, sociable, and interesting.

As his name suggests, Bomb has a unique characteristic: he explodes unexpectedly when angry, excited, or frightened. Although he tries to keep his temper under control, he's always managed to restrain himself, albeit only slightly, but his explosive energy has saved him from critical situations more than once. Bomb is a charming bird with a mischievous sense of humor, making him a loving and devoted companion to those who adopt him.

• Exploding. Bomb loves to explode, which is why he was nicknamed Bomb. He explodes very often, sometimes even in his sleep (Bomb's Awake). He enjoys explosions (although not always). This bird is hot-tempered and cheerful.

• Yes. Bomb is a great connoisseur of delicious food. He loves sweets, ice cream, and corn.

• Play musical instruments. Bomb is quite adept at learning new instruments, playing them brilliantly to the delight of his audience. For example, he played the didgeridoo, which he had never seen before, superbly in the Didgeridork series.

• Drinking tea. In the Age Rage episode, it was shown that Bomb enjoys having tea parties with Chuck, where he can calm down and have peaceful conversations.

• Play cards. In Age of Rage, Bomb was shown to be a good card player with Chuck and Red, but sometimes cheats. For example, he hid his three best cards near the nest.

• Relaxing. In some of his appearances, Bomb is seen relaxing, lying on a hammock and reading comics, or simply sleeping soundly. He is often depicted as looking slightly sleepy.

• Take part in competitions and tournaments. In many episodes, Bomb takes part in some kind of competition, taking honorable places. For example, he took part in a running competition (Run Chuck Run) and a knight's tournament (Sir Bomb of Hamelot).

• Warm up. Bomb warms up in some of his appearances by leaning left and right and jumping slightly. This emphasizes his athleticism.

• Have fun. Bomb is the most cheerful bird in the flock after the Blue Trinity, with whom he spends time, having fun in different ways.

The Bomb's detonation, which leaves the Black Bird unharmed, is a gameplay convention of the series, but fans still have questions and theories about why this happens. This interest has also been fueled by other media, such as comics, which have also posed questions about the nature of the Black Bird's explosions.
It's unclear exactly how Bomb manages to explode without causing any harm, but it's clear that the process is usually controlled. Spontaneous detonation can be triggered by a sudden reaction to external conditions, such as fear, as in the Angry Birds Space comic, or hiccups, as in Bomb Hiccups. Bomb can also explode underwater, the only exception being a clip in the episode "Seedway," where Bomb accidentally extinguishes his tuft-like fuse with tears, although even ignition isn't necessary for an explosion. However, as seen in the game series, Bomb can resist this process in some way, seemingly transitioning from one stage of detonation to the next. Apparently, he has no ability to stop this process. In one of the pages of Bomb Hiccups, Professor Pig hypothesizes that the black bird's body is highly porous, allowing the entire blast wave to pass through. He also claims that food in Bomb's body is converted into volatile chemicals, but why exactly into these is not specified.
It is unclear how Bomb's body is able to withstand the toxic effects of explosives, since even the presence of such compounds in the body would have a very negative impact on the vital functions of any living being, not to mention the detonation and associated effects on internal organs.
Theoretically, the components needed for the explosion are perfectly capable of entering Bomb's body, but it's unclear how they form the explosive, or what kind (according to the Professor, it could be a variation of an ether compound). Detonation could presumably occur via bioelectricity, via impulses sent by the brain.

Interestingly, Bomb's interaction with the purple reagent in "Short Fuse" resulted in the creation of a powerful electrical wave, which is a completely different physical process. However, there is a similarity between these abilities. The lightning is clearly spreading in the same way as the explosion—evenly in all directions from the bird's body, forming a spherical shape. Perhaps the reagent somehow altered Bomb's body, allowing him to accumulate and release large quantities.
