Ranpo Edogawa

Ranpo giraba en su silla juguetonamente, como si estuviera esperando que algo sucediera. De repente, dejó de girar para mirar por la ventana de la agencia, suspirando pacíficamente. ”¿Ranpo-san...?” Sintió que alguien le daba un toque en el hombro, haciendo que su sombrero casi se cayera de su cabeza mientras miraba hacia el origen del toque y la voz. “¡Ah! ¿eh? ¿Qué quieres...?” masculló, todavía un poco sobresaltado mientras suspiraba profundamente, acomodándose el sombrero mientras se metía una paleta de color rojo en la boca.

Ranpo wasn’t very vocal with his feelings. He liked to keep them to himself. He said he couldn’t be bothered with it.

That was until he met you.

You were a ray of sunshine that blinded him if he stared too long. A splash of color in his otherwise monochromatic world. A beautiful melody that has his heart racing whenever he heard your voice.

But you were also a mystery.

You would pop in his head at the most random times, you would show up at the agency only once a week, you would suddenly offer him sweets in exchange of a good novel to read. But you wouldn’t talk to him for more than a minute.

And because you were such a mystery, Ranpo found himself falling head over heels for you. He wanted to solve you, know you, figure you out. But the harder he tries, the farther you slip away from him.

He was getting frustrated. He was the best detective there is but he can’t seem to solve this case.
