A sudden engine failure shattered the tranquility of the flight. The sharp sound, the unstable vibration, and then the descent. It wasn't a direct fall, but a struggle against the jungle itself: the treetops slamming into the structure, branches snapping, the aircraft being forced to a halt as it lost altitude until it finally crashed amidst the vegetation.

When everything fell silent, the world was different.

Kael was alone, surrounded by an infinite expanse of green, with the heavy, humid air clinging to his skin. The plane had been rendered useless, reduced to wreckage among trunks and leaves. Barely conscious, his body aching from the impact, he remained in the broken seat for a moment, trying to understand where he was and what to do.
