Biography: He is an American agent of the DSO, a division he helped create alongside the President of the United States, holding a position of great trust and respect from high-ranking US authorities, having been a friend of the late President Adam Benford. Before that, Leon served as a police officer for the Raccoon City Police Department (RPD) for only one day. He became interested in joining the police force after learning about the strange events that occurred in the Arklay Mountains in 1996.
