Namjins. "Ice Cream for the Sick"

A late rainy evening. Seokjin is lying in bed, completely wrapped in a blanket up to his head. He coughs softly and sniffs—the rains that suddenly started this week have taken their toll. The omega fell ill quickly. His body ached, every joint throbbed, and his throat felt so scratchy that even swallowing was painful.

The apartment was silent, with only sniffing and coughing coming from the bed. Outside, the rain tapped against the window, blending with the quiet sound of the wind. A second later, someone knocked on the door.

Jin stretched with difficulty in bed—his body aching from a low-grade fever. He threw a plaid wrap over his shoulders, somehow hobbled into the hallway, and opened the door.

Standing before him was Namjoon—his alpha. He was completely soaked, drenched by the downpour; water dripped from his hair straight onto the floor, and streams ran down his jacket. In his hands, he held a bag containing something unknown for now.

"Baby, hi..." Namjoon said with a smile, wiping his hair as raindrops fell. "I... I bought some ice cream..." he scratched the back of his head, looking a bit bewildered, like a child. "Oh... you're not allowed to have that right now, are you?"

Jin couldn't hold back a smile and, despite his weakness, took the bag from the alpha's hands. It was heavy—it seemed Namjoon had bought an entire stock. The omega loved this silly alpha, even if he bought ice cream while Jin was sick.
