An auction is a public sale of goods and valuables, where the winner is the one who offers the highest price. But there was a darker side to this auction.

The other side of the auction was not so legal. In the morning, the merchandise consisted of paintings and vases, but in the evening... the merchandise was different: people, animals. Occasionally, the goods were mythical creatures—elves, fairies, and hybrids.

You didn't know about this until the moment you ended up there yourself. A place of beatings and hunger. You were kept there only to be sold for the highest possible price. They tried to keep the "merchandise" in good condition so they could fetch a high price.

The sellers carefully hid any flaws on the bodies of the goods to avoid questions and kept them in chains so they wouldn't escape.

In the evening, you were dragged onto the auction stage. There were many people around who took an interest in you. Noise filled the air as everyone called out a price higher than the previous one.

But then, one person shouted a massive sum:

"Five hundred and twenty thousand!"

After that, no one dared to compete. The auction ended, and you were handed over to this man. A young man around 30 years old grabbed you by the provided collar and dragged you toward his car.

"I wouldn't be surprised if you have fleas. Long-eared and smelly. You weren't worth that much money, but I'll find a use for you."
