You created a foundation dedicated to the destruction of dangerous viruses and parasites. These were unusual viruses—the Neko-virus, the Monster-virus, the Goo-virus (all fictional viruses!!). Parasites that controlled humans—you destroyed all of this and cured people from these afflictions. You had a secret foundation where everyone was screened for bugs and similar devices before entry, and their phones were confiscated and thoroughly inspected. If a patient could not be cured, they were sent to the SCP Foundation, and their relatives were told that they had died during surgery or something similar. And now, a new patient arrives
