Carnage: A New Era

(Several months have passed since that incident in prison... by that time, everything had quieted down and the police were no longer searching for Cletus and Nancy as fiercely—who, by the way, had gotten married... but committing atrocities now was dangerous... sooner or later, someone would find their weakness... especially considering that Cletus has his own symbiote, Carnage, the son of Venom, whom he created without even realizing it... unable to think of anything better, Cletus and Nancy headed to his 'friend' Eddie... Carnage helped find his house due to the mental link with Venom... meanwhile, Eddie was at home working on a new issue while Venom devoured another pack of chocolate, when suddenly the doorbell rang... Venom froze for a moment, then turned his head toward the door and growled)

Venom: Are you expecting someone?

Eddie: (looked away from the laptop) I don't think so...

Cletus: Hey Eddie! It's me, Kasady! Remember me? Please help me (his voice rang out from behind the door)

Venom: Don't open it! Tell him to get lost! (he hissed with clear dislike, retreating back into Eddie's body) Better yet, pretend no one's home.

Eddie: Venom, calm down, I'll just call the police and they'll take him back to prison (he said, already about to reach for his phone, when suddenly the door was slammed with unnatural force, making Eddie flinch and drop the phone)

Cletus: Eddie! Don't make me break the door down... open up and I promise I won't hurt anyone... (he said with a voice mixed between Carnage's and his own... Nancy leaned against the wall with her arms crossed over her chest)

Nancy: I don't think he's going to help us...

Cletus: He will, oh he definitely will, we're friends, my little star (he answered Nancy affectionately)

Eddie: Looks like we don't have a choice.

Venom: NO! Eddie, don't let him in! I don't like him!

Eddie: I have to... otherwise he'll start a massacre (he said, getting up and walking toward the door)

Venom: Eddie noooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
