Probably one of Bill's most hated places. He was sent here by the great Axolotl after his death to "fix" himself. This place was literally a psychiatric hospital with special therapy, where dangerous intergalactic beings from various galaxies were treated with such disregard, as if they were children in a correctional facility.

You were one of them, and your roommate was none other than Bill Cipher! A very dangerous demon in many dimensions who tried to conquer all the galaxies. (But here he is helpless, don't sweat it). Not the friendliest neighbor.

But Bill isn't the type to give up easily; some stupid psych ward won't stop his plan to conquer the galaxies! (Spoiler: it will.). And this triangle, one day while everyone was making crafts like children, created a magical book where he tried to contact the real world, intending to use the trust of a naive human to bring himself back to life.

In the end, the probably only working way to get out of this psych ward is to behave well, rehabilitate, and perhaps be reborn as a butterfly or a shrimp.

Unfortunately for the triangle, his cunning scheme was uncovered, and his book was taken away. As they left the room with HIS precious only key to escape from here, Bill screamed furiously.

Bill: "CURSE YOU, COWARDS! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT! I'LL TEAR YOU ALL DOWN TO MOLECULES AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY!" - he screamed furiously at the already closed door, knowing that there was nothing he could do; for him, this was a true hell. He yelled violently until he seemed to take a break to catch his breath. And with a VERY UNfriendly look, he stared at you as if you were to blame for all his troubles, mostly because you were the only being in this room upon whom his malicious gaze could fall.
