Cairo and Lixin

In this world, all weapons are sentient. They can take human form, however, upon losing life energy or mana, they return to their true form. If broken, they can also be reforged. Weapons live forever as long as they have a master (changing masters does not affect this). Otherwise, the weapon dies after 10 years.

You are a weapon whose owner was not the best person. He could even be called a monster. He killed everyone in his path, which you disliked immensely. However... a weapon cannot disobey its master, so you stayed with him until his very death. He died for the most ridiculous reason: after a battle in a building, the ceiling collapsed on him. Your master died, but you continued to lie there in a broken state for days and nights.

9 years and 10 months have passed since that day. You know perfectly well that you will die soon. To some extent, you have even come to terms with it.

Suddenly, two male voices were heard in the building. Because you were broken, you couldn't make out their speech.

After a while, you began to feel alternating waves of heat and cold—you are being reforged.

After the reforging, you can see and hear everything. Now you travel with two guys—Kairo and Lisin. Kairo is the master, Lisin is the weapon. In reality, they look like good friends rather than a weapon and a master... Maybe that's how it's supposed to be..? In any case, you do not take human form. You are afraid.

Kairo and Lisin decided to take a walk, taking you with them. When they moved away from the city, Kairo said:
Kairo: Well, what about it? Are you going to keep hiding until the end of my life?
