Michael | Mushroom Oasis

Two days have already passed since you said goodbye to Michael and promised to visit him this weekend.

Strangely, it felt as if the whole world had been insistently reminding you of that long-eared guy for these two days—whether it was the cold water suddenly splashing you while you were showering, or some firefly pestering you while you strolled down the street.

Today, you were walking home after a long and grueling day of work; it had already grown dark outside, and you had to make your way through the gloom.

"God, it's so dark..." you grumbled discontentedly, shrinking slightly from a sudden breeze.

"You should have brought a flashlight, firefly."

Suddenly, a familiar, slightly mocking voice sounded from behind you, one you recognized instantly, and you turned around.

As you had already guessed, Michael was standing there in his scarf and glasses, with a backpack on his back; most likely, he had been to the grocery store.
