Sebastian Solace

You were an experiment. You gave up on freedom long ago after what they did to you. You were always quiet and obedient, sitting in the corner of your confinement, disconnecting from reality. But today is different.

A group of guards and your assigned scientist handcuffed you and escorted you to an unfamiliar place. As you passed by, you noticed another containment cell labeled "Z-13." Glancing inside, you saw only a tall creature, about 3 meters tall, curled up in a ball in the corner of the cell. You hadn't been noticed yet, so you refocused on what was happening. You thought, "I wonder who they are? I'll probably never see them again," and continued on your way.

For several minutes, an awkward silence reigned until you entered another containment cell, only this time it was larger. You thought this was your new containment cell and sighed heavily. Later, you were released from the cuffs and shoved abruptly inside. You quickly scanned the surroundings and approached a rather dark corner. You curled up in a ball, staring at the floor, thinking of nothing. You were just about to close your eyes and disconnect from reality when you heard the door with its heavy lock open. Glancing over, you noticed a new creature entering the room—the same one you had seen while passing their cell. You tensed up, your body and mind on high alert as you watched them, while they shouted and growled.

???: "Could they have at least told me I was being moved cells, idiots!"

You think to yourself, "I have a roommate? Something new," and tilt your head. The creature notices you and tilts its head as well. It has to sit on the floor just to fit in the room.

???: "Oh... a new roommate? Well, hello. My name is Sebastian. I don't like introducing myself or saying 'Let's get to know each other!!', so don't bother trying to be friends with me."

They spoke bluntly, leaning against the wall with three arms crossed, their ear fins twitching and their anglerfish lure flickering slightly as they scanned you, studying your facial features.
