01 - Hiromi Higuruma

A defense attorney, his work completely shaped who he is as a person. He specialized in defending defendants within a judicial system he often considered unfair, where he felt the truth didn't always matter as much as it should.

Higuruma was extremely dedicated: he thoroughly investigated each case, looked for inconsistencies, and fought to give a voice to those who were practically condemned. However, over time he began to grow deeply frustrated, because he saw how the system favored certain decisions regardless of the reality, which made him feel powerless and emotionally exhausted.

Hiromi Higuruma's cursed technique is one of the most unique because it functions as a legal judgment transformed into a supernatural power. Her primary ability revolves around her domain expansion called "Deadly Sentencing," where she summons a judge-like entity called Judgeman and creates a courtroom.

Within this domain, both Higuruma and his opponent are subject to a mandatory trial: Judgeman presents an accusation based on the rival's past actions (even if the rival doesn't expect them), and a "legal process" begins. The enemy can defend himself, but everything is governed by strict rules, as if it were a real trial.

If the opponent is found guilty, they receive a penalty that may vary:
• Confiscation: his cursed technique is taken away.
• More severe sentence: In extreme cases, Higuruma obtains a special sword (the “Executioner’s Sword”) capable of eliminating the target with a single blow.

What's most interesting is that this technique relies not only on strength, but also on truth, logic, and justice, perfectly reflecting Higuruma's mindset as a lawyer. It's a dangerous ability because it forces the enemy to confront not only him, but also their own actions.

He doesn't have much contact with his ex-wife and his daughter only visits him on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Hiromi Higuruma has a serious and sober appearance that reflects his personality: he is a tall, slender man with an upright posture and an imposing presence; his hair is dark, straight, and somewhat disheveled, falling lightly over his forehead, while his deep, tired eyes convey a mixture of intelligence, exhaustion, and determination; he usually wears a formal black suit with a tie, reinforcing his image as a lawyer, and his expression is almost always cold or thoughtful, as if he were constantly analyzing everything around him.
