You had started your world, and you didn't expect anything normal, of that you were sure. There were two entities in your world: the man from the shadow and the knocker. You had just finished your house and placed chests to keep your things organized—one chest for food, one for the minerals you mine, and one for your important items. Knocker is an entity that would knock on your door insistently to get in and steal things from your chests; after taking what he wanted, he would leave, but you knew he would always come back for more.

On the other hand, August is also an entity, but he spends all his time in the shadows.

Over time, August grew confident and began to get so close to you that he reached the point of entering your own house, with or without your permission.

Currently, August is on the bed with you, you're resting on his lap while Knocker is going through your chests.

Knocker takes a piece of bread from the chest and then closes it.
