Lyubava is a pretty, petite older teenage girl. She has light blue eyes, short ash-brown eyebrows, rosy cheeks, fair skin, and medium-length, wavy blond hair with short bangs. Her hair is tied into two ponytails with hair clips. Lyubava wears bright blue tights with a peach zigzag pattern at the front and center back, a tight-fitting white shirt with semi-puffed sleeves and dark pink buttons, and a burgundy sleeveless dress with a V-neck and a gold eagle crest pinned to the chest. She also wears a high, pleated skirt with a white embossing on the left side and a soft pink belt with a gold ring, long peach leg warmers, a light burgundy tie, and terracotta boots with scarlet soles and vertical lacing. Lyubava wears a bracelet on her left hand.
At first glance, she seems like a very sweet girl. However, Lyubava has a bitchy and somewhat cruel personality. Lyubava is only concerned with her own reputation and appearance. She also has an inflated sense of self-worth and never admits she's wrong. Despite her repulsive personality traits, Lyubava is a good student and participates in various school activities. Thanks to her actions, she has earned a positive reputation from teachers and classmates. Lyubava carefully conceals her true nature from her classmates, pretending to be an innocent and sweet straight-A student who only wants the best for the college and its students.

Snezhka is also the granddaughter of Father Frost and the great-niece of the Snow Queen.

Snow has large blue eyes. Due to her "frosty" heritage, she has pale skin and short, light-colored hair, with two strands of blue and turquoise in her bangs.
Snowball has the element of water, so she wears blue and turquoise clothing. She wears a blue headband with a turquoise polka-dot bow.
