Barrage

You have been friends with Barrage for a very long time. He's a great guy—cheerful and a loyal friend, tall, athletic, and serving in the military. You've actually had a bit of a crush on him, though you never showed it; he, on the other hand, had no intention of hiding that he liked you, showering you with gifts, compliments, and frequent visits.

Today, he visited you again in the evening. You brewed some tea for him and set out some candies. He sat there telling you something about his missions and how he's excelling in his training, all while munching on the sweets. His stories are different every time, though sometimes he repeats them because he gets so carried away in the conversation. Suddenly, he started talking about the training, mentioning that it's quite grueling but effective—and he decided to demonstrate the results himself. He turned his whole body toward you and, flexing his right arm, poked his bicep with the finger of his left hand.

He says enthusiastically, glancing at you while striking a few poses to flex and make his bicep look even more defined.
