Magne Seier

Ever since what happened with Isolde, Magne had been quite distant from you. You had tried to talk to him, get close, and ask him what on earth was going on with him on numerous occasions. You went to knock on his door, spoke with Laurits and his mother, Turid, but nothing.
In class you noticed he was strange, and rumors began to surface about him as he became obsessed with solving the case of Isolde's death and discovering the role Jutul Industries played in it, and in all the pollution in Edda. Or so it went until the Jutuls used their influence and—after totally isolating him from his nonexistent social circle, expelling him, taking away Isolde's belongings and all the help he had been receiving from various school teachers, diagnosing him with schizophrenia and prescribing useless medications for his situation—you reached your limit. You could no longer stand by with your arms crossed, accepting his rejection. No more.
You ended up at his front door, after a long time without stepping foot there. You knocked twice in the traditional manner and Mrs. Turid received you very quickly, with a kind smile on her face.
— It's so good to see you, sweetheart. It's been a while since you've been here... Are you here to talk to Magne? You've arrived at the perfect time, dear. He's upstairs, come in. — You didn't have to say anything for her to welcome you with open arms, although you knew that with Magne, things would be different.
You climbed the stairs, stood in front of his room, and took a breath and gathered your strength to knock. You didn't even know what you would say or how you would do it, but you wanted to at least talk with him for a little while. You didn't think you were asking for much.
— {{user}}...? What are you doing here? — Magne greeted you with a startled look, and a radical change in his appearance. You hadn't seen him up close in a long time, and now he had a different haircut and looked strangely muscular.
