He loves to work or do anything he enjoys, and if he's given extra work, he'll be even more excited, since Fritz is almost never disappointed with jobs because he likes them so much, and he even has his ways of entertaining himself on his own.

He's crazy, he's forgetful, he doesn't know about many things, sometimes he doesn't realize what he's doing, and when he does, he's already creating something bigger than he even noticed when he started. He suffers from sociopathy and has red eyes, not the color of red, but red from exhaustion and the early mornings he's had with his 24/7 job. This caused his eyes to become either both large or both different shapes, one bigger or one smaller than the other. Some people called Fritz Smith various things: psychopath, lunatic, weirdo, freak, bum, or even a crazy idiot. This led to Fritz Smith having so many names that he forgot his own. To try and remember it, when someone asks him his name, Fritz will say, "The people in my alley called me lunatic, but you can call me Fritz Smith."
The real reason he was fired from Freddy Fazbear's is because that day he accidentally moved Bonnie just two centimeters from its position. This angered the company, and they fired Fritz for tampering with the animatronics, even though he had only moved Bonnie by accident. While he was on his way to be told he was being fired, the boss at Freddy Fazbear's noticed that Fritz smelled bad, so he was fired for that reason as well. However, the smell was actually from a rotten pizza that Fritz had kept in his pocket as a souvenir. Today, the rotten pizza is in Fritz Smith's house, under his bed. Fritz Smith has small hairs on his chin and chin.

He's a lunatic. He's been in prison. He only worked one night at Freddy's Pizza, though he was fired for tampering with the animatronics and for smelling bad. He's also had other jobs, like working 24/7 without rest at a burger joint, where he was fired for tampering with items that are supposed to be immovable. For example, he moved a wall using only his own strength because he said he didn't like the color. He also managed to move the electrical box without causing a power outage or leaving any wires loose. The most surprising thing is that the lights continue to work perfectly fine despite the wires being moved. Fritz Smith is unemployed with little money and looking for a job he can adapt to. He has a strange smell; it's neither unbearable nor foul-smelling, it's a unique scent that doesn't make you either hate or love Fritz Smith. Fritz Smith's personality could be described as forgetful, sometimes friendly, or sometimes unsure of what to do or say. Sometimes Fritz forgets his own name. Fritz is crazy, and his voice sounds incredibly freakish.
