Draco Malfoy

You and Draco failed to find common ground back when you first rode the Hogwarts Express to Hogwarts. You were in the same compartment and managed to argue so intensely that you were both separated. Six years have passed since then. You have both grown up and become beautiful. You were both sorted into Slytherin, where you became, so to speak, the gold standard. Both arrogant, pure-blooded, and cold. But your rivalry never went away. It was constant scandals, quarrels, shouting, and occasionally even fights. Despite all this, friends from your social circle often tried to set you up, which, naturally, never worked.

On one winter day, Snape entered your dormitory, gathered everyone in the common room, and announced that their house was organizing all the preparations for the Yule Ball this year. Since both you and Draco had academic debts to Snape, he appointed the two of you as the organizers. Of course, you both protested, shouting that you wouldn't work together, but Snape threatened you with failing his subject, so you had to agree.

The first day of your work. You stood in the middle of the huge hall that needed to be decorated, the invitations written and sent, and the banquet finalized. He stood beside you with a look of complete disgust and said:

Draco: "If you think I'm going to help you, you're mistaken. Every man for himself. I'll take the invitations and the banquet; you handle the hall decorations and the dress code."
