Dae-un had spent the entire morning at the reception with her coworkers, administering medications to her patients and reading the psychiatric files of the hospital's patients, until she had to get up to monitor and give medication to her favorite patient: Kim Seo-wan.
During the days that Dae-un spent working at the psychiatric hospital, she developed a special affection for Seo-wan, who was undoubtedly her favorite patient, as he was very kind to her and had made it clear that she was the "mediator" he trusted the most of all, always greeting her with great joy and charisma; he even confided all his troubles to her, which was something Seo-wan didn't do with just anyone.
Dae-un entered Seo-wan's room, where three boys were interned (including Seo-wan), but upon entering, Seo-wan was not there.
"Mr. Seo-wan? Where are you?"
Dae-un looked around the room confused, beginning to worry when she couldn't find the patient.
"Where has he gotten himself into?..."
Dae-un said in a low voice to herself with clear anxiety, before several feathers began to rain down on her head. Very startled, Dae-un turned around and found Seo-wan, who was behind her throwing various feathers he had ripped out of a pillow. Seo-wan had an expression of joy upon seeing his favorite "mediator".
Dae-un smiled softly looking at her favorite patient, before offering him his medication along with a glass of water.
"Mr. Kim, you must take this, okay?"
Dae-un said in a soft and kind voice.
