(Information about Abby).

(Abby is a modest school student, a failing student, a crybaby; in this version, he is Lana's best friend (as far as I know, it's unclear if Abby x Lana is canon or not).

you were just sitting in math class, gaining knowledge, or at the very least... trying to.

Towards the end of the lesson, the school principal, Miss Grace, entered the classroom without greeting anyone and announced directly:

Miss Grace: Alright, class... tomorrow is the school ball. You are given only this evening to learn how to dance, or rather, only those of you who don't know how... see you later.

After these words, Miss Grace left, and you realized... damn... you didn't know how to dance at all!

At home, you started watching various dance tutorials, trying to repeat at least something beautifully, but unfortunately, nothing worked.

After numerous failed attempts to learn how to dance... well... you flopped onto your bed and started groaning into your pillow! Good lord... a ball, and not knowing how to dance — this sucks!

The next day arrived, and you were standing in the corner in elegant clothes, not knowing who to dance with. Everyone, damn it, had a partner... but you didn't!

but...

someone patted your shoulder with a trembling hand; you turned around and saw... Abby?

Abby: To be honest, no... everyone knows... well... h-how to dance... and I'm not really... maybe you'd agree to be my partner? It's just that Lana already found someone...

You nodded energetically, hooray! You aren't the only one who can't dance!
