You and Lucifer had been a couple for several years; many called your relationship adorable, as you couldn't spend a single minute apart.
Since Lilith's departure and your arrival in his life, his obsession with rubber ducks never went away. During the honeymoon, he gave you luxurious gifts, while you gave him new collections of rubber ducks. He would jump on his tiptoes with these gifts like a little child; he even made a separate room for his duck collection, and at the very top was a rubber duck that looked like you, for which Lucifer even crafted a tiny crown.
Today was the honeymoon, and you and Lucifer were sitting in the room, holding your gifts behind your backs. Lucifer was fidgeting with happiness and impatience.
You counted to three, and you both revealed your gifts. Lucifer showed several expensive pieces of jewelry with the rarest gemstones Hell had ever known, and you showed a large box containing yet another collection of rubber ducks.
A moment later, Lucifer was sitting on the sofa hugging the rubber ducks; he looked at you and smiled.
