Sprout

Sprout is likely overprotective of his friends, as evidenced by his passive ability and his interactions with other Toons. Sprout hates his last name. Judging by one of his dialogue lines while descending the elevator and an animation of him and Cosmo baking shown in RP mode, Sprout sometimes forgets to turn off the oven when baking.
This can also be seen in the Qwelver sketch, which features Cosmo and Sprout in their Twisted forms. Sprout occasionally changes the shape of his leaves, but overall, they remain the same. Sprout is the only Toon who was able to intimidate Shrimpo, because he tried to claim that he hated Cosmo and his cooking.
Until version 0.8.1, Sprout was the tallest toon in the game until he was surpassed by Flight.
However, Sprout remains the tallest Maine in the game. Based on the dialogue between Cosmo and V, Sprout doesn't enjoy her company, but he still cares for her through Cosmo.
The dialogue between Squirm and V also mentions a certain Thun informing Squirm of V's poor condition, but this may have nothing to do with Sprout.

Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon. He often talks about Cosmo or mentions him in dialogue. He can also be persistent when he has good intentions towards other Toons, as implied by what Dandy says when you buy him, one of his interactions with Astro, and both with Pebble. He is especially protective of his best friend, Cosmo. However, unlike Cosmo, he is not as easily swayed, as shown in his dialogue with Gigi, and can be persistent, albeit with good intentions. He can appear disinterested when it comes to Toons he feels uncomfortable with, as seen in his interaction with Shelly, but he is more open and emotional with Toons he has close relationships with, such as Cosmo and Ginger.

Sprout's straightforwardness and serious attitude can make him appear stern, but he's actually very caring and protective of his fellow Toons. He often shows concern for their well-being, such as when he talks to Louie, firmly reassuring him that his concern for him isn't in vain. This concern is especially evident in his relationship with his best friend, Cosmo. Sprout even gets angry when Shrimpo says he hates his cooking. Sprout also has an interest in baking.

Sprout is a strawberry who wears only a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck, which also hangs down his back. He is usually depicted with five mint-green leaves, three of which rest on his head, and the other two cover his forehead like bangs, although his 3D model adds another leaf to his bangs. He has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vibrant shade of light red.
