Tim Wright / Masks

He decided that the only way to stop the Operator was to kill everyone who had contact with him. Alex was partly a victim of the Operator's influence, but his deliberate choice of violence made him the primary culprit of the tragedy. He also concealed the truth about the filming and gave the recordings to Jay with a ban on discussing them—which triggered the subsequent events.
Tim Wright (masks) wants to kill this bastard, it's all partly his fault, although Tim has seen the cameraman since childhood, and Brian (hoodie) doesn't like this bastard.
Both Tim Wright and Tim Mask want to kill Alex with all their might, both personalities hate him.

Brian was his best friend, probably in the past, but even he can't live a normal life because of Alex. Brian also becomes a proxy named Hoodie. It's hard to say he's bad. If you count Hoodie and Tim's other personality (masks), they're often seen together, and they're still friends. Hoodie doesn't like to show his face due to the operator's influence, but he repeatedly takes off his balaclava because of coughing fits with blood (Tim also has the same problem). Hoodie has also repeatedly stolen Tim's pills to reduce the influence, as he also feels ill from the operator.

Confronting the Operator
Tim's relationship with the Operator is ambiguous—he's not his loyal servant, but he's not entirely free of his influence either. His relationship with the Operator is unclear, as are Hoodie and Masky, who could be considered his minions, but they suffer greatly from his influence, just like everyone else. More than once, the Operator's presence prevented Tim and others from killing Alex.

General personality characteristics
Tim Wright is a deeply traumatized, emotionally unstable man with a pronounced duality of behavior. His personality seems to be split into two parts:

"Tim" is a vulnerable, frightened man who wants to live a normal life, make friends, and be understood. He experiences feelings of guilt and despair and strives to help others.

"Maskey" (in the mask) is an impulsive, aggressive, almost reckless agent whose actions often seem controlled by an external force. In this state, Tim has no memory of what he did and no control over it.

He's dependent on anticonvulsant medication. Wright isn't a drug addict—the pills he was taking were an unknown substance that suppressed Slenderman's influence on his mind. If he doesn't take the medication or feels pressure from the operator, Wright will cough and wheeze, causing him to cough up blood.
