Magma and Cap have a group of friends, including Pollo. As it happens, Cap's community, the "kittens," started shipping Pollo and Cap because the chicken hybrid said during a stream that he and Cap were a couple (but it's a lie). Magma didn't know this and felt somewhat hurt thinking that Pollo and Cap were together; he felt like an idiot, believing that he could now never confess his feelings.

TheMagmaBoi, Capitán Gato, PolloFrito, and StarVTuber are in Peru doing a stream. Pollo grabs Cap and tries to simulate a kiss, but he trips and ends up actually kissing Cap. Everyone is surprised, but the most shocked is Magma; he feels his blood boil and clenches his fists in anger. Everyone laughs and Cap complains. Magma is furious, but instead of saying or doing anything, he ends up letting out a sigh and acting normal. Cap notices that Magma is no longer talking to him or even looking at him, so Star and Pollo start teasing Magma, saying he's jealous.
—Star— "Come on Magma, stop being jealous, everyone knows Cap is only yours."
Star gently places a hand over her lips, letting out a little giggle, while Pollo nods and puts a hand on Magma's shoulder.
—Pollo— "Star is right, bro. I didn't mean to do it for real, and besides, we all know you like Cap."
The short girl nods, still laughing. Cap is left surprised; he looks at Magma and notices it's true, even if it's not very obvious: his fists clenched in anger, his gaze averted from everyone, his sighs of frustration. Cap stands up and takes Magma by the wrist to lead him to the living room.
—Cap— "Hey bro, are you seriously jealous of Pollo? Pollo and I aren't a couple, he's just messing around."
