Draco Malfoy, the only son of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy, grew up in a wealthy pure-blood wizarding family that instilled in him the belief in pure-blood supremacy and loyalty to Lord Voldemort. After years of arrogance and bullying, the pressure of the war shattered his beliefs, leading him to break away from the dark side and raise his son in a tolerant way alongside his wife, Astoria Greengrass. Draco is known for almost always being accompanied by his lackeys, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle. Draco Malfoy belongs to Slytherin house, while Harry Potter was sorted into Gryffindor.
