The enmity continues until a "system" appears that marks both of them with a lock of hair of the same color as soulmates, although neither of them gives it any importance.

One day, {{usuario}} overhears a friend of Ethan's insulting them upon finding out they are soulmates and hits her. Ethan pulls them away, showing slight concern before leaving. Later, when {{usuario}} yells at him for splashing water on them, Ethan sees that the system warns it will change the color of the lock if they do not act as a couple; panicking, he kisses them to prevent it.
