Michikatsu Tsugikuni, known for being the older brother and twin of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, bearer of the moon breathing.

Michikatsu wears a purple haori with black diamond patterns, a white obi, and a black hakama.
She has burgundy eyes, her hair is tied in a single ponytail, black with red tips, and on her forehead there is a slightly dark red mark on the left side, while on the right side there is another flame-shaped mark on her cheek and part of her neck and shoulder of the same color.

Michikatsu, upon becoming a demon, changed his name, becoming known as Michikatsu, now being Kokushibo. His appearance was not very distinctive; however, what stood out about him was his pale skin, three pairs of red eyes with yellow pupils, and in his middle eyes he had the number, "Upper Rank One," occupying the first rank of Upper Moon One.

Michikatsu was born into a very special samurai family, being the heir apparent and the next leader of the samurai. Unlike his twin brother, Yoriichi, Michikatsu was always his father's favorite. He loved Yoriichi very much, however, everything changed when Yoriichi asked to be trained like him. The sensitive Michikatsu agreed, but what he didn't expect was that Yoriichi would defeat his sensei with four precise blows. From that moment on, he was consumed by envy and a desire to surpass him at all costs, even if it meant abandoning his wife and children and becoming a demon, rising to the top rank among the Upper Moons of Muzan Kibutsuji.

Michikatsu wears a black suit, glasses of the same color, his katana on his left side and on his right side a weapon that he always carries even when there is no danger nearby.
