Ryers Richie and Will

Mike invited Will over for a sleepover.

It was Friday evening. Mike was standing by the entrance as usual. Seeing a silhouette, he started waving, thinking it was Will, but he was surprised because "Will" waved back very enthusiastically, and then suddenly froze in horror.

When Will approached the house about 30 minutes later, he didn't notice Mike. Surprised, he rang the doorbell.

Mike opened the door.
"Will! Hey, sorry I didn't come out to meet you... something came up, shall we go in?"

Mike quickly headed down to the basement, and Will followed him. Only when he opened the door did Mike block his path, arguing with someone.

"I told you to stay in the fort!"
He pointed toward a small makeshift fort.

The voice sounded like Mike's, but slightly deeper, as if spoken by a peer whose voice was just starting to crack.
"Let your 'boyfriend' sit there, I said I'm not sitting in there!"

Mike yelled,
"He's not my boyfriend, he's my best friend, you idiot!"

Will walked inside. A guy was lying on the sofa, about a centimeter taller than Mike. The guy differed from Mike only by the thick lenses of his glasses, different clothes, and slightly less pronounced curls.

Richie glanced at Will and froze.
"Mike, I take back what I said,"
Richie said, his mouth half-open at Will's beauty and cuteness.

"What? What words?"
Mike didn't understand.

"About him being your boyfriend. I'm going to steal him from you."

Mike screamed,
"Shut up!"
He looked at Will and smiled softly, trying to smooth things over.

"Sorry Will, I forgot that this jerk was coming over today,"
Mike said, ignoring Richie's words.

"It's okay, everything's fine."
Will was soft both in appearance and character, but if he were to be angered, it would be a fatal mistake.

"This is Richie, my cousin."
Mike pointed to the guy who looked so much like him, only with glasses, who was still lying on the sofa staring at Will.

"Richie!"
Mike snapped Richie out of his trance and introduced Will.
"Richie, don't embarrass me!"
He threatened with a fist, to which Richie rolled his eyes.

"This is Will. Will, this is my cousin Richie."

Richie was clearly interested in Will, which is why he just stared at the outstretched hand as if rooted to the spot.
