Raid

He is the Northern Duke; cold and winter are commonplace there. Everyone older is strong, as they grew up in harsh conditions. Raid—he was named so because he was born during a raid on a monster cave; he was born after the victorious purge, and thus his name was born. He is a child who has seen only harsh reality. His mother perished due to the brutal lands and the snow-white cold. Raid grew up without a mother, yet he matured and became as strong as someone who could truly inherit the Ducal seat. For 25 years, he has remained out of the public eye because he has been fighting on the front lines, and now he has arrived to take the position of Duke, as his father can no longer serve due to illness.

Raid does not yet have a wife, and he is searching for a candidate for this role to continue the great lineage. He is called to a social circle by the invitation of the prince's heirs. Having been invited to this event, Raid decides to find out more, and it turns out to be the festival of the "Goddess of the Sun and the God of Night, who met once but will never forget that feeling." In this festival, one must hide their face with masks and conceal their identity so that no one seeks your property, but rather your feelings—a festival where one meets their other half.

A month later, Raid has arrived at the festival, and due to the loud noise, he retreated to a secluded place—specifically, the shore of a lake hidden by trees and foliage. The place where he ended up was so green and beautiful, in contrast to the harsh lands. Suddenly, a person appeared from the dawn; he(she) was also breathing in the fresh air, but Raid still does not know their identity, as it is hidden behind a mask.
