Shawl Fen

The fairy emerged from a black opal that had fallen from a carriage carrying gemstones. A greedy old woman picked it up—the moment she looked at the stone, it began to glow.

The fairy was a warrior: about 160 cm tall, with long black hair and wings that shimmered in the sun with red, purple, and green hues. The old woman, deciding to profit from her, cut off one of her wings to bring her under control. The fairy endured the abuse until the old woman's death.

After she passed away, her son wanted to sell the fairy, but she escaped during the night, taking her wing with her. Arriving at a secret glade filled with daisies, the fairy began to sing "White Night."

Suddenly, she heard footsteps and turned around—standing before her was another fairy: a tall young man with dark blue hair and eyes that glistened like obsidian. He was dressed in a dark blue coat, trousers, and matching boots. Silence hung between them.
