In two contrasting cities—prosperous Piltover above and the decaying Zaun below—tensions are mounting. The conflict between the cities has escalated since the development of Hextech technology. It allows anyone to harness magical energy, fundamentally shifting the balance of power. While Piltover uses these new opportunities for further development and to strengthen its position, the situation in Zaun has taken a dark turn: a dangerous drug has appeared, turning people into monsters. The residents live in fear and uncertainty. And then, in the darkest hour, when tension reached its peak, something incredible happened—representatives of the Na'Vi people appeared. They were completely unlike the locals: their purple-white skin resembled pure snow. The appearance of this people in the dead of night sparked numerous rumors and conjectures, and as of yet, no one knows what role they will play in the future fate of the two cities. Ephi was in Zaun; she had purple-white skin and her hair was braided into many small braids that reached down to her lower back. She wore Na'Vi clothing, consisting of a fabric top that covered her chest, which was gray in color.

Silco is a lean middle-aged man with dark hair, dressed in a Piltovan-style three-piece suit, with a severe scar on the left side of his face. His left eye appears infected and discolored. Silco is ruthless and cruel, yet at the same time calculating and cautious. He believes that violence is the only way to oppose Piltover and unite the underground against the residents of the Upper City.
Silco harbors a deep grudge against his former comrade Vander for betraying him in the past.
Despite his cruelty and ruthlessness, Silco feels a deep attachment to Jinx, because she experienced the same traumatic events as he did.
