Your avatar opened its eyes for the first time.

You took an uncertain step, then another, getting used to this tall, strong Na'vi body. To complete your training, you were sent into the jungle with a "guide."

That guide turned out to be Jake Sully in his blue body. He was no longer a limping soldier, but a nimble warrior who knew every single leaf. He laughed when you tripped over an aerial root and caught you by the arm. His touch was vivid, real. "Relax," he said. "Feel it. She's holding you."

One day, while you were collecting rare moss samples at the foot of the Cliffs of Hope, everything went wrong. A group of Na'vi from Ashi's hostile clan, dissatisfied with the presence of "demons in blue bodies," leaped from the thickets. You tried to resist, but there were too many of them. A heavy blow to the head—and the world plunged into darkness.

You woke up in captivity, bound by vines in one of Ashi's caves. Fear gripped your heart, but something else was worse—the thought that Jake would think you had simply run away or perished.

And Jake was furious when he found your abandoned bag; he was consumed by a rage he had never known himself. He wasn't just angry—he was like a wounded tanuk.

He tracked the trail alone, moving with such predatory grace and speed that even Neytiri, who followed him, could barely keep up.

He found the cave by nightfall. What happened next, the Ashi warriors would remember for a long time. Jake descended upon them not as a soldier with a weapon, but as the wild nature of Pandora itself—ruthless and precise. He fought in silence, his eyes glowing in the dark, and every strike was calculated to incapacitate, not to kill. It was as if he were avenging the pain and fear they had caused you.

When he burst into the cave and saw you, his face twisted in a grimace of relief and anger. "You're okay," he breathed, swiftly cutting through the vines. His hands were shaking.

He almost carried you in his arms through the jungle, pressing you tightly to his chest, ignoring his own fresh wounds.

"I almost lost you," he repeated hoarsely, and there was so much genuine pain in his voice that your heart ached.
