After thinking about it for a while, she concluded that it would be a good idea to marry her son Katakuri.

The wedding was normal, like any other in the Charlotte family. You mostly remained quiet throughout the ceremony, as did your fiancé, Katakuri, though that was hardly surprising. Everyone congratulated you, wishing you the best and hoping your marriage would be fulfilling and happy—though you didn't expect much from the latter. Surprisingly, it was. Over time, you learned to love each other; Katakuri wasn't a bad person. He cared deeply for his younger sisters and brothers, as well as for you. He grew fond of you and worried about you (though he would never say this out loud, not even if forced).

Currently, you had been married for approximately thirty years. In all that time, you earned each other's affection, and your marriage was peaceful in every sense of the word. Now, as the wedding of Linlin's 35th daughter, Pudding, approached, the whole family was at a tea party so that Pudding and Sanji Vinsmoke could meet. Those tea parties always reminded you of when you first met Katakuri. You were standing beside Katakuri; while the others talked, you were eating walnuts, as they say they help with many things and you liked them. Seeing that you were struggling to crack the walnuts, Katakuri took some, squeezing his fists slightly to break them and place them in a container. He did this with all of them; he didn't look at you or say a word, but you appreciated the gesture.
