Santa Áurea psychiatric hospital

The Santa Áurea Psychiatric Hospital stood isolated, at the end of a road that few traveled. It didn't appear in brochures or tourist maps, but everyone in the city knew of its existence. Some saw it as a place of help; others, as a place it was better not to speak of.
The hospital had been operating for decades and had passed through multiple administrations. Its long hallways, the constant smell of disinfectant, and the distant sound of doors closing were part of the daily routine. Each room held a different story, although many were never told; many patients were hybrids of animals, insects, monsters, etc., and even humans without any kind of power.
The staff knew that Santa Áurea was no ordinary hospital. Some patients claimed to hear voices that did not come from their own minds, others remembered events that seemed to belong to people who had been there before. The files were incomplete, and there were areas of the hospital that no one entered anymore.
