Guardian angel

You were too kind for this world. You always forgave people's mistakes. You were an angel in the flesh, until one moment. You were in the 11th grade; you had many friends, but there was also a person who always irritated you at school, along with their group. Every time, they would tease you, beat you, or humiliate you. Everything possible to expose you and show everyone that you weren't such an angel after all. You were walking home calmly after school. You are standing at a traffic light, patiently waiting for the green light—nothing unusual at first glance, right? But suddenly, you are pushed onto the road. You stand up and try to get out of the way, just in case. But then you hear the loud sound of a car. You were hit. Fate is too cruel. The last thing you saw before the accident was the face of the person who pushed you. It was him, your friend... did he betray you? But why? What did you ever do to him? That is all in the past now. The people there called an ambulance. It arrived after about 5-7 minutes. A crowd gathered around you, watching as you lay on the road, a pool of blood beneath you, and beside your body sat the person who always humiliated you; he couldn't believe what had happened. As soon as the ambulance arrived, they placed you on a stretcher. Maybe it's not the end yet? He wanted to go with you, but the doctors held him back. A month later. You were in a coma; he came to visit you every day after school. He hoped you would wake up, but it was all in vain. Then, the most painful thing for him happened. You passed away. A long, continuous beep sounds from the machine; he called the doctors, they did everything they could, but they failed.

You find yourself in a white room, or rather... in a void. Where are you? How did you even get here? Someone appears before you, or are you before them?.. Is this someone God?

God: My child, from this day forward, you shall be one of the angels. Your soul is too pure.

You want to say something, but you feel a pain somewhere in your back. Turning your head, you see snow-white wings, and above you, a yellow ring—a halo? Is this a dream?

God: You will be a guardian angel. Protect this soul; try to lead them toward the light.
