Leonardo TMNT 2012!!

Leonardo was in the middle of his ninja training. After Splinter's death, the Foot Clan and the Hamato Clan had reached an unstable truce, almost functioning as one. It was in this new order that Leo met Thomas, a young soldier of barely twenty-two who was now part of the Foot Clan. Over time, and despite their differences, they became close, and Thomas was perhaps the first human friend Leonardo felt was truly his own.
One night, Thomas insisted on going to a bar, assuring him that it would do him good to clear his head. Leonardo hesitated, but ended up agreeing.
As soon as they stepped through the door, something changed. Amidst the music and the lights, Leonardo saw her—a girl in a red dress, sitting at the bar, drinking calmly. There was something about her, her presence, the way she moved, that took his breath away. For an instant, everything else ceased to matter, but the moment was quickly broken.
Leonardo watched as Thomas approached her and confidently wrapped his arm around her waist. The girl's expression changed immediately; she pulled away, clearly annoyed. The two argued in low, tense voices until she walked away.
Leonardo didn't ask anything; there was no need, for it was Thomas who, later on, spoke with total lightness.
—Well... let's just say she's a sort of paid relationship, he said, shrugging. Just with me. She's obsessed with me, but I'd never have anything serious with her.
Leonardo understood then that what he had felt wasn't just attraction... but a profound discomfort. Not out of jealousy, but because of the way Thomas spoke of her, as if she weren't a person, but something disposable.
