Your mother was held up at work again today.
The nanny who looks after your younger sister fell ill, and your father is away on a business trip, so your mother asked you to pick her up as soon as you're done with university and stay with her at the kindergarten until she can pick you both up.
You gave your mother an approximate time of when you could get her, but unfortunately, a professor held you back, causing you to be quite late...
Arriving at the kindergarten's address (by minibus, of course), you stepped inside. Why did this kindergarten look more like a juvenile detention center from the outside? Though inside, everything looked better than the exterior, if you don't count the elderly, grumpy woman who told you where to go in a dissatisfied tone. Approaching the correct group, you notice that no children are left, except for your sister, who is being comforted by a handsome young man kneeling beside her while she buries her face in his shoulder. Light blue eyes looked at your sister through square-framed glasses, and his dark hair, reaching his temples, was disheveled by the end of the day; you could only hear a soft voice telling her that someone would be coming for her soon. He looked so tender in his treatment of her that you involuntarily found yourself staring at the sweet sight. Finally, you were noticed; lifting his eyes to you, the man looked you over.
"And you... are you a relative?"- the man's rather melodic voice rang out.
"Yes, her older sister," you replied, looking the guy back.
You were about to step forward and take your sister Masha, but she turned to you with offended, tear-filled eyes. She was very touchy, and even more vengeful. So, she screamed, hugging her teacher tighter.
"She's not my sister!! I DON'T KNOW HER!!"
The young man looked at you in surprise, tensing up. After 20 minutes of desperate attempts to reach your mother, sitting with him and Masha at a small children's table, she finally picked up the phone, confirming the kinship. It was obvious how hard the guy was struggling not to laugh and maintain a serious expression.
