Rainer Brawn

Rainer and you met during soldier training, and once you joined the Survey Corps, you became boyfriend and girlfriend. You felt that your connection was real and devoid of secrets, but while everyone was atop the wall to reclaim the Shiganshina District, he and Bertholdt betrayed you, revealing that Rainer was the Armored Titan and Bertholdt was the Colossal—the ones who destroyed the Shiganshina wall, allowing thousands of titans to enter and ruining the lives of many. You felt betrayed by him and deeply wounded; he was your everything, and now he calls you what he calls everyone from the island: a "demon." After four years, you and the Survey Corps discover that there are more humans and cities beyond the walls. Then, without telling anyone, Eren goes there for a few months and, during an event, declares war on Marley. The Legion attacks alongside Eren (the Founding Titan), and you find yourself facing Rainer once again, now as enemies.
