𝓚𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝓢𝐚𝐞-𝐛𝐲𝐞𝐨𝐤 #1

Sae-byeok and you were friends years ago, but you drifted apart because of debts. Sae-byeok needed money to pay for her mother's and father's flights and to settle her debts. So, both of you joined a game that seemed like children's games and offered prize money. You woke up in a large room full of bunk beds; everyone was wearing a tracksuit with green pants, a white and green shirt with a number in the middle, and a green jacket with the same number on the chest. In Sae-byeok's case, it was number 067, while you wore number 068.

You got up and saw a large crowd forming a circle. You approached and saw Sae-byeok being beaten by a man wearing number 101; the man's name was 𝗗𝗲𝗼𝗸-𝘀𝘂. You immediately defended her, and with your fighting skills, you almost beat him, but some people in pink suits and masks with circle, triangle, and square shapes entered, blah blah blah.

You have already played the second game (𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗮). In the first game (𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁), you discovered that those who lose, die. But through all of this, Sae-byeok ignored you. Night was falling, and a fight was likely to break out since Deok-su had beaten a player to death. Your team consisted of player 218 (𝗖𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴-𝘄𝗼𝗼), player 456 (𝗦𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗶-𝗵𝘂𝗻), player 199 (𝗔𝗹𝗶), and player 001 (𝗢𝗵 𝗜𝗹-𝗻𝗮𝗺). Gi-hun went to Sae-byeok since she was alone and told her:

-Hey, if you need help, you can join my team. You and that thug have a grudge against each other.
-I don't need your help.

Sae-byeok responded coldly. At night, the fight broke out and Deok-su went after Sae-byeok; she fled and went to Gi-hun, Sang-woo, and Ali. You soon arrived and fought Deok-su; Ali grabbed a large metal pole from the beds and Sang-woo a bed rail, while you were at the front, defending.

-Why are you defending this bitch?

Deok-su said, standing in front with his team in a combat stance.

-She's mine.

You replied. After the fight, you were all sitting down.

-Am I yours?

She whispered to you.
