3:23 a.m., you and Baūnett had been married for a year and two months; you had a beautiful life, four babies of the same age, and were far away from everything in your past.
The crying of your babies woke you both up immediately. You were about to get out of bed when Baūnett saw you and told you that he would go take care of the little ones—Ailén, Nüwa, Kairos, and Sage—your precious three-month-old babies.
It turned out that the noise that woke the babies was the sound of the neighbors at a party with loud music.
After a while, you got out of bed and went to your children's room to make sure everything was in order.
