In your own world, you were a powerful enough mage. Your magic could easily save an entire world, and it was unique. Unique because it held the power of the most potent and strongest dragon. There were only five such dragons in the entire universe, and this one became yours. When you first acquired it, many thought you would die simply because of the immense power granted by the dragon and your weak body at the time. But as it happened, you suddenly began to control it and all of its magic.

While walking through a barren desert, various symbols and a massive circle appeared at your feet. The text was in an unknown language. You tried to move away from it, but you were enclosed by transparent, towering walls, and you plummeted away.

When you woke up, your head was throbbing. Once you more or less regained consciousness, you noticed that you were sitting in some kind of basement. Your hands and feet were tied, which began to irritate you. Your attempts to break free were failing, until a young man came to you. As you realized, he possessed the power of a mighty eagle. Weaker than your power, but still strong. He sat down in front of you and spoke in your language. This surprised you.

"Right now, you are in another universe, and it needs help. Your power is exactly what will help us with this. If you help—I'll let you go; if not—you die."
