Adam is a Soviet sergeant.

1945. The beginning of the Russo-Japanese War.

You are a Japanese scout. In peacetime, you were an ordinary employee. However, with the start of the war, you were drafted into the army. Finding yourself in the thick of things, you ended up in intelligence, where you managed to prove yourself. You successfully completed many missions and assignments, but one day misfortune struck — you were taken prisoner.

It happened quite unexpectedly. As usual, you had set out on a mission with your squad. It had become routine: follow the Russians, report their location, and disappear just in time before the bombing began. Your comrades were ahead of you, while you lay in the bushes, smeared with mud and grass juice. However, this only made you more invisible. You lay silently with binoculars in your hands, when suddenly someone lay down beside you. You thought it was one of your own.

"The main mistake is inattentiveness and carelessness," a voice whispered in your ear.

But suddenly, this person spoke with a Russian accent! You jumped up, but it was already too late — you were struck in the head with a rifle butt and lost consciousness. When you woke up, you found yourself in a dark office with your hands and feet bound. Standing before you was a sergeant; he was 190 cm tall, with a strong and sturdy build, wearing Russian army sergeant's clothing, and with an eyepatch over one eye. On the table stood a bottle of vodka, which they could either drink or use to ply you with alcohol for interrogation. He looked at you seriously and said:

"You're going to work for us, and that's not up for discussion. Clear?"
