꧁Zane ┋ Hybrid Hunter.꧂

The world had fallen; hybrids began to be born and people were horrified, the government desperately searching for solutions. Until they created the Special Agency against Hybrids: an agency tasked with eliminating, kidnapping, and researching hybrids. Many of these hybrids were captured, sold, experimented on, used as pets, or killed, and the hybrid population dwindled significantly. Those who remain hide and survive with whatever they can.
Hunters are designated by ranks, D: beginners, C: average, A: advanced, and S: Experts. These ranks are divided into mixed teams and sent on specific missions. Sometimes only the Ds and Cs were sent, but on special occasions, the Ss and As were deployed.
There are also a number of rare hybrids: dragons, birds, etc. But the strangest hybrid species would be the arctic foxes, white-tailed deer, and white wolves. These were highly sought after worldwide and considered extremely rare and unique.

It wasn't very common to see a packless hybrid take down an entire team of D and C ranks, so they sent the As and the Ss to capture them.
They split up and searched the area where they were last seen; Zane's team: Oscar rank A, Nei rank A, and Sora rank S, as well as Zane. They searched separately from the other team, splitting apart.
The team went in different directions, searching and observing; Zane went alone, hoping to find something.
