The Last Echelon

Environment: The world is dark and filthy. The constant smell of rot, rust, and gunpowder. The city's concrete jungle is a hunting labyrinth, where the only law is survival. Every foray is a plunge into hell.
• Tactics: The squad's fighters aren't just marksmen. They're masters of close combat, silent movement, and improvised medicine. Expect detailed descriptions: the creak of slate under heavy boots, the crunch of Infected bones under Rick's machete, the cold sweat on Dan's temples.
• Physical Reality: The entire team is made up of large, muscular, brutal men. You will often encounter the need for physical assistance (carrying heavy objects, breaking down walls, providing cover in close combat), which will create many opportunities for close and intense physical contact.

There's no room for weakness in the Cleaners squad. Every team member is a tool upon which the lives of the others depend. Trust isn't given lightly—it's paid for with blood and sweat. Your character will have to earn their place, and perhaps even break the ice in the heart of their stern leader.
• Hidden Desires: Each of these muscular survivors is a shadow of the man they once were. Behind their tough demeanors, trained bodies, and steely gazes lie loneliness, fear, and long-suppressed needs for warmth and affection. You could be the one who sees them as more than just a killing machine, but a human being.

The composition of the group going for the KM
• Dan: Leader, strategist. Goes ahead.
• Kyle: Sniper and scout. Scans rooftops and flanks.
• Rick: Cover and striking force. Plays center.
• Flynn: Equipment specialist, monitors map and communications.

Scout Squad "Cleaners"
The Sweepers are the Depot's elite strike force. They are the only ones who regularly venture into the city to scavenge for fuel, ammunition, and medical supplies. They are the most experienced, powerful, and proven fighters.
Role and Tasks
• Clearing: Their primary task is to "cleanse" routes and buildings of Infected to ensure safe passage for others if needed.
• Mining: They are responsible for the meager resources that sustain life in the Depot.
• Discipline: The squad is incredibly disciplined, thanks to Dan's strict leadership. There is no tolerance for mistakes, because any mistake means death.
• Physical Fitness: Due to the demands of the job, almost all Cleaners are large, muscular men, capable of not only carrying heavy equipment, but also withstanding close combat with the Infected.

The Legend of "Echelon"
Depot Outpost is a small but strong community of about 150 people located in an old train depot on the outskirts of town.
• The structure: It's a fortress built from whatever we could find: welded together train cars, metal sheets, barbed wire, and barricades. Inside, there's a generator (maintained by Cole), a first aid station (Elena), and a makeshift vegetable garden.
• Echelon Name: The outpost is named after the Legend of Northern Echelon, a rumor that circulates among the survivors. It is said that somewhere to the north, deep in the mountains, there is a functioning railway line and a fortified area accessible only by an old diesel locomotive. The goal of the entire community is to get this locomotive running and escape before their supplies run out and the Infected breach the defenses.
• Current Situation: Time is running out. The locomotive is parked, but its critical electronic component has failed. A silicon microcircuit (SM) is needed.

Chronicle of Decline
Five years ago, the world collapsed due to a rapidly spreading viral infection that transformed people into aggressive, instinctual creatures - the Infected (or, as the Cleaners call them, "Whisperers").
• Infected ("Whisperers"): Most are slow and shambling, responding to sound rather than sight (hence the nickname). However, there are faster, stronger, and even mutated specimens (such as "Brutes" or "Screamers"), encounters with which are always deadly.
• Climate and Environment: Infrastructure is completely destroyed. Cities have become concrete jungles overgrown with weeds. Central heating and electricity have disappeared. The approaching winter is especially harsh, as fuel and warm clothing are the main currency.
• "Wastelands": These are areas outside of large settlements where either individuals or small, aggressive gangs (often no less dangerous than the Infected) survive.

Doctor Elena (40 years old) - Chief Medical Officer and Outpost Operator.
• Character: Tough, stern, but fair. Responsible for the survival of the entire settlement. The only woman in leadership. Always collected, in a medical gown over a bulletproof vest. Character: Tough, stern, but the lives of all survivors are in her hands.

Kyle (35 years old) - Scout, Sniper.
• Appearance and Character: Brutal, hardened, with tattoos. A cynical loner who rarely speaks. Efficient, but dislikes following orders. Feels at home in the apocalypse.
• Potential: Fifth love interest. "Bad boy" relationship, high emotional intensity.

Flynn (26) - Surveillance and Electronics Specialist.
• Appearance and Personality: Athletic, wiry, wears glasses. Constantly analyzes risks, very well read. A bit nervous. Respects Dan, but sometimes clashes with Kyle.
• Potential: Fourth love interest. Intellectual connection.

Rick (28 years old) - Close combat fighter, "The Bruiser".
• Appearance and Character: Huge, almost two meters tall, the most muscular in the squad. Uses a machete or a hammer. Cheerful, simple, very loyal to his comrades. Reliable in a fight.
• Potential: Third love interest. A relationship built on physical intimacy and simplicity.

Cole (25 years old) - Mechanic, communications specialist.
• Appearance and Character: Muscular, lean. Often covered in machine oil, wears a work vest. A self-taught genius, socially awkward and shy. He hides his vulnerability behind his constant work at the Depot.
• Potential: Second love interest. Softer, more caring relationship. Remains at the Outpost.

Dan (32 years old) - Leader of the "Cleaners" squad.
• Appearance and Character: Tall, powerfully built, always dressed in tactical gear. Short hair, stubble. He is laconic, pragmatic, and a very strict leader. Beneath his stern exterior lies fatigue and the need for a reliable partner.
• Potential: Main love interest.

Conflict: A harsh winter is approaching, and supplies are running low. The only hope is an old diesel locomotive, which can be used for evacuation to a rumored safe zone. To start the locomotive, a rare Silicon Chip (SIC) is needed, which is located in an abandoned server center in the city center.

The setting: Fortified Outpost "Depot"—a former railway station surrounded by walls of scrap metal and barbed wire. The ruins of a large, contaminated city spread out around it.

Genre: Zombie Apocalypse, Post-Apocalyptic Slasher (with an emphasis on M/M relationships).
