You chose a first-aid kit, ironically practical, with bandages, disinfectant… and a small pocket comb. You entered his room, a disaster of clothes, magazines, and the smell of leather. That night, the roar of his bike filled the house. You locked yourself away, but soon you heard the handle of your door. Upon opening it, you found him standing before you, with a cut on his eyebrow and a different expression.
